基本情况

罗元明,博士,研究员级高级工程师,中国科学院“现有关键技术人才计划”获得者,中国科学院评审专家(工程技术类),中国质谱学会网络研讨会学术委员。2004年毕业于中国协和医科大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位,现任中科院微生物研究所公共技术服务中心主任,质谱与功能组学实验室负责人,微生物所技术条件委员会委员,修购工作组副组长。

科研成就

主持及参与了13项省部级及以上课题,在Mol cell ProteomcisJ Proteome ResProteomics等蛋白组学权威杂志上发表了40多篇SCI论文。主持建立了基于生物质谱的20多套技术体系和研究方案,具体包括蛋白及PTM鉴定、比较蛋白组学、定量蛋白组学、代谢组学、仿制药的生物等效性分析及抗体药的质量控制技术(糖型、含量、杂质、肽谱、糖谱及二硫键等分析技术)等,广泛应用于疾病机理研究、药物研发、药物质量控制、重大疾病的临床筛查和辅助诊断、药物检测标准的建立及诊断试剂盒的研制等。
