基本情况

许文涛,1979年出生,中国农业大学,食品科学与营养工程学院食品营养与安全系,副教授,博士生导师。荣获教育部新世纪优秀人才,北京市科技新星;转基因生物安全协同创新中心新性状转基因生物食用安全检测与评价技术平台岗位科学家;农业部农产品贮运保鲜质量安全风险评估实验室(北京),副主任及岗位科学家;国家无公害食品评审委员会委员;农业部转基因生物食用安全监督检验测试中心(北京),主任助理兼分子检测室主任;农业部农产品质量安全监督检验测试中心(北京),主任助理兼微生物检测室主任。1997年至2001年,中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院营养与生物工程系获得学士学位;2001年至2006年,中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院食品营养与安全系获得博士学位;2013年至2014年,美国马里兰大学,营养与食品科学系,访问学者。

 

研究领域

长期从事“生物源风险因子检测与毒理评价”领域的研究工作,在生物毒素检测及致毒机制,转基因食品检测与安全评价,食品安全快速检测技术,食品微生物控制及检测技术4个食品安全领域开展工作。

 

论文发表

在食品安全领域已经发表已发表论文200余篇,其中SCI收录100余篇,参与获得国家级教学成果奖1项、省部科技二等奖3项、三等奖2项。省部级成果鉴定10项,申请专利20余项,获得授权国家专利16余项。主编和参编教材10部包括《转基因食品安全评价与检测技术》(主编),《食品安全案例解析》(主编),《转基因食品社会文化伦理透视》(主编),《食品营养与安全》(主编),《转基因食品》(主编),《国际转基因生物食用安全检测及其标准化》(副主编),《食品安全检测技术》(参编),和《食品生物技术实验指导》(参编)等。
