基本情况

叶明,博士,先后于合肥工业大学任教授(4级至2级)、硕士生导师、博士生导师、系主任、安徽省教学名师。先后主持国家及省部级纵向项目20余项、横向项目10余项,主持省、校级教学质量工程项目10余项,以第一(或通讯)作者在国内外核心期刊发表论文120余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇,以第一发明人申报国家发明专利近40项,其中30多项已经获得授权(部分在实审中);培养硕士研究生、博士研究生(境外2名)、博士后50余名。安徽省微生物学精品课程建设项目负责人,安徽省微生物学会常务理事,安徽省食用菌学会理事,安徽省食品质量安全委员会委员。《微生物学杂志》编委,《生物学杂志》编委,《微生物前沿》编委,《食品研究与开发》编委。先后参加国家科技部863项目、国家科技进步奖项目、教育部高等学校优秀科技成果奖、国家自然科学基金项目、国家精品课程项目评审。
