美军油料运输方式现状分析研究

Analysis of the Current Situation of US Army POL Modes of Transportation

摘要: 油料运输是军队组织油料供应保障的主要手段，是军事运输工作的重要组成部分，是美军执行多样化军事任务的根本保证。美军油料运输主要有五种方式，分别是铁路运输、水路运输、公路运输、航空运输和管线运输。本文首先对美军油料运输的五种方式进行了介绍，并将五种方式进行了对比，然后对2011财年美军油料运输的基本情况进行了归纳分析，并总结了美军在平时和战时油料运输方式的原则。

Abstract: POL transportation is the primary means of POL supply support in the military, an important part of the work of the military transport, and the fundamental guarantee of the US army to perform diverse mili- tary tasks. There are five main modes of US army POL transportation, such as rail transport, water transport, road transport, air transport and pipeline transport. This article first introduced and compared five POL modes of transportation, then analyzed the basic information of US military POL transportation in fiscal year 2011, and summarized the principle of US military POL transportation in peacetime and wartime.
