采用过渡金属盐还原法制备纳米Rh-TPPTS催化剂,用于异佛尔酮(IP) C=C选择性加氢反应,考察了催化剂的制备条件及反应工艺条件对异佛尔酮C=C选择性加氢反应性能的影响。研究结果表明,反应条件下Rh3+被还原为Rh0,催化剂预处理条件对IP的C=C选择性加氢结果有较大影响。IP选择性加氢的转化率高达99.8%,加氢产物3,3,5-三甲基环己酮(TMCH)的选择性达到97.4%。
Nano-Rh catalyst (TPPTS as stabilizer), prepared by transition metal salt reduction method, was applied to selective hydrogenation of C=C bond in isophorone (IP), the conditions of preparation and reaction were investigated. The results showed that Rh3+ was recovered to Rh0, the preprocessing conditions had great impact on the selective hydrogenation of IP and the conversion of IP could be as high as 99.8% and the selectivity of 3,3,5-trimethyl-cyclohexanone (TMCH) could be 97.4%.
