Abstract: Triazolinedione (TAD)-indole adducts, serving as an important TAD equivalent, contain dynamic and reversible C-N bonds that can conditionally release highly reactive TAD. This characteristic endows them with broad application prospects in the fields of bio-labeling, material surface modification, and polymer synthesis.
