单相电容运转电机的最佳运转条件及参数确立
Optimum Operating Conditions and Parameter Establishment of Single Phase Capacitor Run Motor
摘要:
单相异步电动机只需要单相电网供电,所以使用方便。单相电容运转电机,由主绕组和副绕组串接电容后并联在单相电源上,如果能合理配置电容值的大小,就能够提高电机的启动性能和运行效率,也能够提高电机的功率因数。本文从这点出发,推导出合理电容值及与之串联的副绕组对主绕组的有效匝比 的取值,并分析电容过大和过小对电机启动和运行的影响。
Abstract: Single-phase asynchronous motor can be used with only a single phase power. So it can be used easily. Single phase capacitor run motor is paralleled on the single-phase power in which the main winding and the auxiliary winding concatenate capacitance. If we can allocate the capacitance value rationally, it can not only improve the start performance of motor and the running efficiency, but also increase the power factor of the motor. From this point, the numerical value of reasonable capacitance and effective turn ratio which are gotten from deputy winding and primary wind- ing can be deduced. This paper also analyzes the influence of the too large and too small value of capacitance on starting and running of the motor.
